No. If you already hold a valid New Zealand visa, you do not need an NZeTA. The NZeTA is issued only to travellers who qualify under the visa-waiver scheme, and a visa already authorises your travel to and entry into New Zealand, so a separate electronic travel authority would be redundant.

This applies to the full range of New Zealand visas — visitor, work, student, resident and permanent-resident visas. As long as your visa is valid for your travel dates, you can board and enter on that visa alone. The situation changes only if your visa expires or is no longer valid: at that point, if you are from a visa-waiver country and travelling for a permitted short-term purpose, you would then need an NZeTA.
