support@newzealandvisa.us | Fast & secure online processing

Our refund policy is designed to be fair. In the rare event that your NZeTA application is refused by Immigration New Zealand, you receive a full refund of the service fee you paid for the visa purchase, so you are not left out of pocket for an outcome outside your control.

There are some limits. The refund does not apply to travellers whose NZeTA applications had already been rejected previously, and government charges that have been forwarded may not be recoverable once an application has been lodged. Refunds also do not apply simply because you changed your mind after an approval, since the work of processing has already been done. If you think you are entitled to a refund, or you would like the full terms explained before you apply, please contact us — our team will walk you through the details.
