FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
The NZeTA is issued by the New Zealand government — specifically by Immigration New Zealand, which is part of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment. Only the government can approve or decline an NZeTA; the final decision rests with immigration officials and is beyond the control of any applicant or private agent.
Private services such as ours help travellers complete and submit their applications correctly and provide support along the way, but we do not grant the authority itself — that is always the government's role. This is why no legitimate service can “guarantee” approval. What we can do is make sure your application is accurate and complete before it is submitted, which helps it move smoothly through the government's assessment. Once a decision is made, you are notified by email, and you can also check it on our visa status page.
